WORST, SCAM company
They never delvier your order and never refund , I ordered last year worth 334$ they didn't deliver my order and said would refund since then they are lying that they will refund but they never do And Customer Representative abuse you and hang up the call, you never get to talk to supervisor in SHort it's a Fraud Company

All the website and the company is a scam, they treat you like trash, they don’t answer your calls neither solve anything. They promise to give you points to keep you purchasing their products and when you do, you don’t receive them at all.

I would give zero stars if I could. Unreasonably long wait time to speak to a representative and they canceled the order without letting me know and it was a birthday present!!!! I wouldn’t have realized if I didn’t track my order. Never ordering anything from YSL ever again.

I WOULD LEAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! THEY HAVE THE WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! BUY THE PRODUCTS FROM OTHER RETAIL PLACES! CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS DON'T HAVE ANY KNOWDELGE OF THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. I AM CERTAIN ALL THESE REPS ARE NOT EVEN TRAINED PROPERLY!

Good quality of products ! Ordered for the first time from here some face and skin care products. Get them all with a short time and all products are working perfectly. Hope to order again soon. Thank you.

We placed an order online then 15 min later wanted to cancel it. There is no option to cancel your order, we call YSL and they said they can't cancel any orders ever, we have to wait for the box then return it back (free if unopened). 10 days later we go to Canada Post and they said no we have to pay return shipping because there is no label. So, if we want free to return it must go untracked back to YSL, our package is worth $350, and send it back untracked would mean a double loss in case Canada Post screw up with delivery (which happened way too often). I am trying to call YSL at 3 PM our time in Vancouver, BC no one answers the phone because they already closed in Toronto!!! I call YSL.com and it's open. YSLbeauty.ca is a true SHAME place to shop, after buying there five times I will never go back again. I have waited so much time to deal with these returns, in the end, it cost me $20 to pay a return to YSL with a tracking number and this is what you call a top-notch shopping experience??? There is NO place online that doesn't offer a free return YSL DOESNT OFFER A FREE RETURN (well they will tell you that, but it's not true, you can't accept package now, Canada Post doesn't have this feature, delivery people leave the box outside the door and leave when we take the box to Canada Post store and say we refuse this package they say it will return untracked and if in case of loss you won't get back your refund and box will be lost). This is our experience shopping at YSLbeauty.ca

I bought the night repair serum and yesterday i tried it for first time... Obviously, its too early to say for its benefits, but the visuals looks of the item is very nice

The worst place to place an order they are very rude. I had place an order on Dec 11 ,2020 an they cancel my order with out letting me know. they should of taken the time to emails me at least but just cause they had balls to do it they didn’t ...!!! I called an try to fix the issue an she told me that I had to wait 30 days for my money back and she does not have any manners just a simple BIT***** FOR THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ....she said to me that I could not process the order agian with the same promotion that I had used on dec 11 like if it was my fault that they didn’t process my order. I’m never buying from them agian . A very good brand for such HORRIBLE SERVICE ....

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered 3 separate orders because I needed to split the bills. They messed all them up. All 3 orders were missed 3 bottle of perfume. I contacted them with the video record when I unpacked my package (thank God I did that) and they claimed the items were unavailable but why they charged me all. Then, they said they willing to refund my money without knowing when. Their customer service is bad. Please buy at somewhere

Terrible experience with this company!!!! Waste of time!!!

I really like their products but will never ever order from their website.
I received someone else order tried to call them but no chance to get through to anyone in customer service line , send them an email they advise me to send wrong item back to get refund that was back in September since then no refund no email advising of qhats happening i guess I will never see me money back or products i have ordered, didn't expect that level of service from company like YSL !
